This week was a week of Very Limited Budget. So I wound up with about six lovely pears, the juicy Bartletts that are in season right now; the last one is ripening right now.
I also got 5 pounds of satsumas. I am very proud of myself there: the price break point was at 5 pounds, and I grabbed just the right weight by myself.
Once washed and minced, the skin of those satsumas is amaaazing when added to the orange sauce for the orange chicken.
