Apples from my very own tree, which I planted when it was merely a stick with roots, lo these seven years ago.

Apparently these was some frantic tree sex going on this spring, because both of my little apple trees have been producing apples like there's no tomorrow. These are from the Christmas Pearmain.

I spent half an hour this afternoon balancing (with a sprained ankle) on the wall between my garden and my neighbours', getting this lot picked just to prevent the fruit bombardment that was otherwise going to hit their front doorstep.
