I got a quart this morning, and it's already half gone. :-D I was going to make a strawberry clafoutis with the farm eggs I got, but I think I'm going to run out of strawberries before I get around to it. These eggs are so good that I won't mind a plain egg custard.
I also got a loaf of whole wheat from my favorite baker. He built his own wood-fired brick oven, and nobody else in town even comes close! When his chilies are fruiting, he makes an amazing mole bread, with sliced jalapeƱos and chunks of 70% chocolate. But I'm in Missouri, so it's not quite time for that yet.
