I am make wineberry jam and black raspberry jam in 4 oz jars, and these will be extra-special presents come Christmas time. (1 cup expensive berries, 1/3 cup sugar, 1/2 tsp lime juice, boil until jammy, then can for 10 minutes).
I'm also going to make more mushroom bacon for the vegetable stir-fry I've been having as part of lunch this last week.
