neotomaRamps(!!!), hanger steak, a dozen eggs, fuji apples, carrots, apple schnitz, Tidal Basin Cherry Blossom (cherry-lime) kettle corn, 3 pulled pork handpies, a sage sausage corn muffin, a blueberry-lemon doodle stack, a marshmallow square with dehydrated strawberry, a slice buttermilk cake, and a chocolate loves peanut butter stack.
I tried the local CAVA, and while it's not bad, it's slightly more expensive that the Sweetgreen and has less options for the base greens -- no arugula -- so it's unlikely I'll be buying salads there very often.
I'll probably make the hanger steak with some of the ramps tomorrow. The hanger steak is large, and the ramps are a bit stubby because it's early in their season (they smell amazing anyway); served with roast carrots and mashed potatoes, they should be fantastic.
