I've roasted two heads of garlic and will be making a toasted caprese sandwich in a moment. I hope to make some muffin-cup frittatas with the mushrooms tonight and get a start on red-and-butter pickles (just like bread-and-butter pickles, but with more hot peppers).

I'm seriously thinking about getting a Market share for the summer, possibly with the Grain share add-on. I think I'd have to find someone to split it with, though; there's a limited to how many vegetables I can eat in a week, and there are a good number that I won't eat at all, like spaghetti squash.

It will be Pi Day on Thursday -- I'm probably making a sweet potato pie for work (I may need to buy a gluten-free crust because one member of my department is now GF), and another for my Approximately Pi Day gathering on Sunday.

I have also discovered Mole Day and associated merchandise -- one of my sibling is a chemical engineer and will probably get a pin of a mole in a beaker someday soon.
